Anchored registry
The register lives off chain. A hash of a defined snapshot is committed where others can see it.
Use it when
You need a tamper-evident publication of a register, and the legal record is still the off-chain system.
Do not use it when
You need the chain to be the legal title, or you are anchoring personal data in the clear.
